Description
A simple description would be Mario Paint with Looney Tunes. Everything Mario Paint did is reproduced here, from painting to music to animation to an extra mini-game (though here it's Concentration rather than the fly swatting game). Even the ability to click on the letters on the title screen to hear different sound effects is there. It seems the only difference (besides the obvious asthetic differences of having Looney Tunes characters all over the place rather than Nintendo characters) is the ability to work with the colors in your palette a little more, making new colors, creating gradients, or even color cycles. However, you're still limited to using only 15 colors per artwork. The irony in this game (and perhaps part of the reason it failed to make a dent in the market) is that the SNES Mouse is needed to really have control over the paintbrush, but if you have the mouse, more than likely you have Mario Paint (they were in the same package), so why would you want another paint program?
