Castlevania: Curse of Darkness has two separate endings: The usual storyline-defining ending for our main hero, Hector, and another for Trevor Belmont, whose mission is purely detached and existing only as an extra. Hector's ending is long in comparison (and heavy on the megabytes), so it will be covered over three pages.

Hector's Ending
Hector defeats Dracula, whose defeat was due to the incomplete transformation (and Hector's will). Dracula again notes his hatred for the humans, who he believes should be eradicated; he gloats, also, that the curse will remain. Hector corrects this notion--he reminds the Dark Lord that as a devil forgemaster he can turn the curse aside and transform it into something harmless. "Rest in peace," he says, as the Count's banishment is complete.
Dracula's banishment leaves behind only the deceased Isaac, the source of his re-rising One final forge remains: Hector must contain the curse so that the humans may again prosper. At incantation's completion, Hector's mission is over, but he finds himself alone and without home. Only peace does he seek, but his path is so unclear. The voice of the unexpectedly appearing Julia brings him temporary comfort.
