After defeating the two forms of Dracula in his unholy realm, both Nathan and he are transported back to the throne room of the Ceremonial Room.

Arrogantly, Dracula calls this defeat but a mere "wasted effort," going back to his old "I'll be back as long as there is darkness in the world" spiel.

Dracula threatens another return, be it months or years after. Like Sonia, and many after her, Nathan confides in the Dark Prince that, no matter what, he will be stopped again and again.

As usual, after losing its master, the castle begins to crumble, and Nathan must hurry out before he gets caught in the debris. From there, we cut to a distance shot of the castle.

The castle indeed crumbles to the ground soon after, and the camera takes us down to where Nathan, Morris and Hugh stand as they survey these happenings.

Morris is happy with Nathan's efforts, though he's a little disappointed with some of Hugh's actions; however, he's happy that Hugh overcame his emotional hang-up. But, because of the cancer that his hatred has caused in the evolution of his training, he informs Hugh that his training must begin anew.

Having earlier realized the error of his ways, Hugh promises to accept the task in retraining from scratch. To show his newfound devotion to his retraining, he respectably informs his friend Nathan that any occurring slip-up during his vampire-hunting responsibilities will result in a newly trained Hugh taking his place. Nathan gladly accepts the challenge. We then fade out as the credits begin to roll, wherein still-shot images of Nathan battling enemies can be seen in the background.
