In preparing for the arrival of Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2, Konami and Mercury Steam thought it best to further promote the reboot-series' finale and at the same time establish better continuity by gathering into one package the original game, its DLC-based chapters, and the high-definition digital version of Mirror of Fate (which was previously unavailable to HD-platform owners). Thus released was Castlevania: Lords of Shadow Collection, which sees the convergence of the full Castlevania: Lords of Shadow experience and the up-rezzed Castlevania: Lords of Shadow - Mirror or Fate.
