Dracula X: Nocturne In the Moonlight

These unused items were found on the Nocturne CD by Hiro1112: Except for the Axe Helm and the Bag, it looks like a collection of unfinished items--ideas they gave up on. I'll give my take on each:

Axe Helm: A headgear item to go along with the axe armor. But the axe armor already fully equips Alucard. Thus, it didn't make sense to leave it in.
Bag: It may be a form of currency or the means to produce a random item.
Dah NY: It's just one of those strange equippable items that acts as a sword. Or maybe Konami is trying to say something about New York. They'll answer for that one.
Testtube: A potion item of some sort. May cause a random effect.
Picture 2: It looks like Richter. I'd say that you'd have to give it to Maria to prove that you met the Belmont.
Picture 3: Is it Annet Renard? I could see it being used to temporarily swoon enemies, setting them up for an attack.
Yobi: It's another of those unorthodox items that can be equipped as a sword.
Sword 1 - Boots: Just uncolored prototypes for them to use over and over again if they run out of new design ideas.
