In this day and age, it's not hard to believe that you can now play Castlevania on a device such as a cell phone. Late in 2002, Konami brought to Japanese cell phones an iteration of the Famicom classic Akumajou Dracula. The game contains the usual six stages and all of their themes, but the screen-by-screen gameplay is condensed due to being played on such a small screen--as you can see, they had to compensate by abbreviating some areas and by eliminating the backgrounds due to limited palette and memory.
