Richter becomes
a boss when Shaft corrupts his mind and forces him to the side of evil--the
"Master Vampire Hunter," as listed on Symphony's list. Initially,
Richter will attack with his Belmont whip and a boomerang (cross), and he'll
item-crash the cross to dish out major punishment. When damaged enough, he'll
unleash his unbridled power, insanely, in the form of slide kicks, uppercuts,
midair dashes and stepped-up whip and mystic weapon attacks. The green sphere
above him, which is revealed to be Shaft if you're wearing the holy glasses,
can be attacked to free Richter from that control rather than defeating him.
