Game Boy Games Even though the 5 Game Boy Mega Man games represented their own series, all of them, except for the 5th game, incorporated all the boss and lesser characters from the NES games. It's for that reason that I won't re-list those bosses here—again, with the exception of the 5th part. To see which bosses from those games appear here, check the stage section. Only the characters unique to each game will be listed here. Mega
Man Enker is rather quick, dashing back and forth with his arm-lance. He has no special attack; rather, he channels Mega Man's attacks into his sword, turns it into energy, then uses it against him as sort of a sonic blast.
Wily Ship #1 The first part of his ship attacks by continuously looping out circular spike-lined robots, alternating in height of attack. Since they're produced by the tiny assembly-line-like opening on the bottom of the ship, Mega Man can attack it there, as it's the only weak point.
Wily Ship #2 His ship damaged enough, Wily reveals himself. It now attacks by shooting quick pellets, alternating from top to bottom; also, a giant claw will periodically try to grab at Mega Man. Sadly, the ship has no weak point, as none of Mega Man's weapons will work on it. However, its own attacks can be turned against it, if Mega Man has the right weapon...
Mega
Man 2 He may look like Quick Man, but it certainly doesn't fight like him. In fact, he's not much of an enemy. He calls upon the use of his big drill-like pogo stick then jumps towards the spot where Mega Man stands, proceeding to drill in that area. If he misses, which he usually does, he leaves himself wide open for attacks. His head is his weak spot.
Wily Ship #1 As the first ship in a 3-part battle, all he'll do is jump back and forth, stopping to shoot out those accurate projectiles. The skull on the front part of the ship is its weak point. Wily is kind of unmotivated in this game, so this and the two ships below are kind of easy for a well-equipped Mega Man to defeat.
Wily Ship #2 Now grounded, he'll be moving along the ground, shooting more of the same heat-seeking projectiles. Again, the skull in front of the ship is its weak point.
Wily Ship #3 The final part of the ship will remain stationary, and it will use 2 kinds of attacks: Heat-seeking missiles and regular pellets. Continuing the assault on the front-most skull will be this ship's undoing.

Man 3 Punk is another one of Dr. Wily's creatures of chaos. Punk has the ability to roll himself into a spiked ball; he'll jump up and down, keeping Mega Man off guard, then roll at him either high or low. The projectiles he uses are spike-lined discs.
Wily Ship #1 The 2 legs of this ship are lined with big spikes. Wily will try to maneuver over Mega Man and try to crash down on him. He'll continue to do this, moving from one side of the screen to the other. When it gets stuck in the ground, its eyes are vulnerable to attacks.
Wily Ship #2 This incarnation of his ship will remain stationary. With Wily now visible, the cannons on either side of his will be pumping out big, round looped projectiles, at untimed intervals. Its only weak spot, if Mega Man can find the weapon to reach it, is the capsule atop the ship that contains Wily.
Mega
Man 4 This guards the entrance to Wily's castle. It has 2 alternate methods of attack: (1) Its eye, located center, will use the special power attacks of some of the earlier bosses, and (2) Its claw, located atop, will move forward and down at a 45-degree angle, its landing point dependent upon where Mega Man is standing.
Ballade Ballade primarily attacks with his Ballade cracker, either jumping or dashing about. Mega Man will face him two times, the 2nd time a harder battle. After the defeat of Wily, Mega Man is trapped. Ballade realizes that he was wrong and comes to Mega Man's rescue, sacrificing himself to make an opening.
Giant Wily Bot #1 This is all you'll see of the first part. Mega Man can't reach the weak spot, that black circle, until the giant robot starts trying to smash him with its spike-lined arms. However, while trying to ride its arms upward to get a clean shot, the bot will be shooting very accurate projectiles.
Giant Wily Bot #2 Wily must have had Gamma in mind when he made this thing—but that's another series. This giant robot opens its jaws and tries to suck Mega Man inward. When it's not doing that, it has two other attacks: (1) It'll generate sparks atop each of its antennas and shoot a number of them at Mega Man, and (2) It'll back up and charge forward. The opening it leaves when it tries to suck you in is its weak spot.
Wily Ship #1 He's not done yet. This time, he'll teleport atop the screen, out of reach, using his ship's power to blow open a gap in the floor. He'll continue to do this as he chases Mega Man along the ground.
