Symphony of the Night featured little helpers whose services you could gain by collecting certain relics. Circle of the Moon also touts a breed of familiars; these are utilized by combining the Saturn DSS card with any of the attribute cards. When summoned, the familiar of your choice will hover overhead and await some sort of signal before it unleashes its special power.

Circle of the Moon doesn't stop there. In addition to the familiars that will guide you along, available to you is the magical power to summon even-more-powerful beasts--the monsters for which the Attribute Cards were made. All ten of these summoned beasts serve one purpose: To destroy anything and everything. How they accomplish this depends on which one you summon. To utilize their services, you must press down, forward and up in one motion and then hit the attack button.
