Game Boy Stages

 

Mega Man: Dr. Wily's Revenge:

  1. Cut Man- Tall, heavily guarded building with the boss waiting atop the tower. Boss: Cut Man (7)
  2. Elec Man- A power plant littered with dangerous electrical equipment. Boss: Elec Man (9)
  3. Ice Man- An arctic-like island featuring disappearing-reappearing blocks and water obstacles. Boss: Ice Man (8)
  4. Fire Man- An intensely hot disposal factory containing pools of flame and other fiery obstacles. Boss: Fire Man (8)
  5. Skull Castle- One-stage castle leading to four capsules containing Flash Man, Quick Man, Bubble Man and Heat Man. Boss: Enker (7)
  6. Wily's Space Node- Long stage containing swarms of enemies, disappearing-reappearing blocks and spinning cut blades. Boss: Wily Ship #1 (9) and Wily Ship #2 (8)

Mega Man 2:

  1. Air Man- High in the skies above. Contains all kinds of long gaps and airborne enemies. Boss: Air Man (4)
  2. Crash Man- A maze-like stage that starts out low but ends up high in the sky. Contains riding on lifts and lots of climbing. Boss: Crash Man (8)
  3. Metal Man- Metal Man- A factory containing floors mostly made of conveyor belts; many instances of beds of crushing spikes. Boss: Metal Man (4)
  4. Wood Man- Deep into the woods in a stage made to resemble a huge tree. Contains wild-life-like enemies and obstacles. Boss: Wood Man (7)
  5. Skull Castle- One-screen stage that has four capsules that lead to the next set of four stages. After defeating the four stages, a hole opens in the floor, leading to the boss of the castle. Boss: Quint (2)
  6. Magnet Man- A huge magnetic field with equally magnetic foes. Also contains disappearing-reappearing blocks while managing magnetism. Boss: Magnet Man (5)
  7. Hard Man- Hidden deep in the mountains. Area contains jaw traps, killer bees and contruction-like enemies. Boss: Hard Man (8)
  8. Top Man- Top Man- A glass-contained forest with unique enemies, such as top fiends and giant cats. Boss: Top Man: (4)
  9. Needle Man- Outer limits of a city. Contains many pointy enemies, protruding spikes and strong defense. Boss: Needle Man: (6)
  10. Wily's Space Node- A Picaso-esque stage, which is mostly one well-constructed maze. Boss: Wily Ship #1 (5), Wily Ship #2 (5) and Wily Ship #3 (7)

Mega Man 3:

  1. Snake Man- Snake Man- A maze with walls designed to look like entangled snakes. Contains many snake-like enemies. Stage ends high in the sky. Boss: Snake Man (9)
  2. Gemini Man- Glacial-like area containing polar enemies. Has areas littered with eggs; also has watery areas guarded by fish and mosquitos. Boss: Gemini Man (7)
  3. Shadow Man- Toxic area with flames running through the walls. Has enemies that are both fiery and explosive; also, contains areas where the stage goes dark. Boss: Shadow Man (9)
  4. Spark Man- An electrical plant with electricity running through the walls. Contains electrical and magnetic enemies and jumping across proximity ascending blocks. Boss: Spark Man: (6)
  5. Skull Castle- Short stage that ultimately leads to the next set of four robots. Boss: Giant Octopus Battery (6)
  6. Dust Man- A junkyard-type area with areas where the ceiling raises and lowers, trying to crush would-be intruders. Boss: Dust Man (6)
  7. Skull Man- A stage meant to resemble a prehistoric era. The walls are made of bones and robot dinosaur bones can be seen in the foreground. Boss: Skull Man (7)
  8. Dive Man- A stage almost completely under water. Contains large fish, changing tides, exploding mines and other robotic sea-life Boss: Dive Man (5)
  9. Drill Man- A rocky mine area made into a base. Contains sectional-appearing blocks. Boss: Drill Man (7)
  10. Skull Castle- Back in Skull Castle, a short stage that sees Wily escape, leading to a short battle with a boss. Boss: Punk (9)
  11. Skull Castle #2- Long enemy- and obstacle-littered stage that starts in the basement and works its way up. Boss: Wily Ship #1 (8) and Wily Ship #2 (9)

Mega Man 4:

  1. Toad Man- Watery stage starting with a trek through a rainy area; it leads to a drainage system where water tides affect movement. Boss: Toad Man (4)
  2. Bright Man- An electrical facility with both platform riding and hopping over huge spike gaps on robotic grasshoppers. Boss: Bright Man (8)
  3. Pharaoh Man- Pharaoh Man- The beginning consists of quicksand and digging enemies; inside is a pyramid-like area, containing spike-dodging while riding on shooting platforms. Boss: Pharaoh Man (10)
  4. Ring Man- Area located high in the sky. Contains theme ring-like enemies and many instances of moving laser-like platforms that must be managed. Boss: Ring Man (9)
  5. Skull Castle- Starts with a battle with a radar-dish-like enemy (6), followed by a short meeting with Wily's latest robot. Boss Ballade (7)
  6. Crystal Man- A stage made entirely of crystal; contains falling crystal shards. Boss: Crystal Man (7)
  7. Napalm Man- A hidden artillery base located deep in the jungle. Contains explosive enemies and jungle-like foes. Boss: Napalm Man (5)
  8. Charge Man- The stage is one long ride on a train; it alternates between fighting in the train and on top of it. Boss: Charge Man (8)
  9. Stone Man- Long stage located deep within the mountains. Contains many hidden areas and Hard Hats. Boss: Stone Man (6)
  10. Skull Castle- Back in Skull Castle, it's another short stage followed by another meeting with Ballade (8). Afterwards, Mega Man must escape the stage by working his way through an explosive area where the stage is being destroyed section by section.
  11. Wily's Space Node- Outside area guarded by the Castle Guard (8). The inside leads to capsules containing clones of the first eight robots.
  12. Wily's Space Node Stage #2- Fairly long stage that leads to a battle with Wily. Boss: Giant Wily Bot #1 (7), Giant Wily Bot #2 (8) and Wily Ship #1 (8)

Mega Man 5:

  1. Mercury- Stage filled with treadmills that reverse polarity; also, has floors that raise, crushing things against the ceiling. Boss: Mercury (6)
  2. Venus- Stage with some areas lined with bubbles, some of them enemies. Some crabs encapsulated Mega Man in bubbles, hoping they force him into spikes; also, several water-fall-type areas have to be crossed. There's some bouncing on bubbles, too. Boss: Venus (7)
  3. Mars- The Stardoids military base, containing proximity mines and other explosive obstacles. In some areas, platform-headed enemies try to lift Mega Man to the spikes lining the ceiling. Boss: Mars (8)
  4. Neptune- The train transporting the Stardroids goods. Inside, water flows all over the place; also, water manes can be broken, flooding other areas. Boss: Neptune (7)
  5. Mid-stage- Abondoned Stardroid base where Terra sics the Dark Moon on Mega Man. Boss: Rock Droid (7)
  6. Pluto- Stage littled with falling platforms and rock areas inhabited by Drill-Man-like robots. Boss: Pluto (8)
  7. Jupiter- A space station located in a zero-gravity area. Most of the stage is icy and slippery. Boss: Jupiter (5)
  8. Uranus- Underground-cavern-like stage with cylindrical spinning platforms and regular moving platforms that must be used to climb upwards. Boss: Uranus (8)
  9. Saturn- An ancient-looking area where the gravity changes anywhere from heavy to none. Boss: Saturn (7)
  10. Space- A short battle with the ruler of the Stardriods. Boss: Terra (6)
  11. Deep Space- A whole stage where Mega Man rides inside the Rush Jet, riding towards Wily's space node. Boss: Entry Guard (7)
  12. Wily's Space Node Stage #1- Long stage divided between four past bosses. Boss: Enker (6), Quint (2), Punk (8) and Ballade (7)
  13. Wily's Space Node Stage #2- Eight capsules containing the original eight robots, followed by the first fight with Wily. Boss: Sentry Arms (8)
  14. Wily's Space Node Stage #3- Another short stage followed by another fight with Wily. Boss: Wily Ship #1 (8) and Wily Ship #2 (7)
  15. Outside- Wily reveals his true intentions, raising Sunstar. Boss: Sunstar (10)
